Basic Seminar on 14.05.<\/h1>\n

Last Saturday, our 3-hour basic seminar took place again. Beginners, advanced and also newcomers came together on the mat to learn or refresh the most fundamental principles of self-defence.<\/p>\n

In these 3 hours we worked out tactics to protect ourselves and our loved ones. We experienced what power we have and we had fun doing it!<\/p>\n

The next seminars are for children and teenagers, here the kids get a whole week of deep insight into self-defence. Information about our summer camp can be found at:<\/p>\n
