Krav Maga in D\u00fcsseldorf<\/h1>\n

We are happy to announce that we will start again with the Krav Maga training for teenagers and adults on Monday the 07.08. in D\u00fcsseldorf Gerresheim!
\nFor the “inauguration” we will offer you a free 2 hour intro seminar, in which the teenagers will train together with the adults from 18:00 – 20:00.
\nUnder the guidance of Carsten and other KRAVolution instructors you will arrive well in D\u00fcsseldorf!<\/h2>\n

What you can expect in the FREE Intro Seminar:<\/h3>\n

– Tactical behaviour in attack and threat situations<\/p>\n

– Learning vulnerable points on the attacker<\/p>\n

– Basic defence techniques over all distances<\/p>\n

– Combinations of different Krav Maga attack techniques<\/p>\n

– Combinations of different Krav Maga defence techniques<\/p>\n

– Use of various everyday objects for self-defence<\/p>\n

– Self-defence scenarios<\/p>\n

– stress drills<\/p>\n

From 14.08. the training times are as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Teenagers:<\/strong> 18:00h – 19:00h
\nAdults:<\/strong> 19:15h – 20:15h<\/p>\n
