CHANGED TRAINING TIMES BETWEEN THE HOLIDAYS<\/h1>\n

Between Christmas and New Year we are recharging our batteries, so we will be back for you on 3 January<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

There will be no training at the following locations during the holidays due to hall closures:<\/h4>\n

D\u00fcsseldorf<\/strong> \u2013\u00a0 first training 08.01.2024!
\nBergisch Gl.<\/strong> \u2013\u00a0 first training 10.01.2024!
\nBr\u00fchl<\/strong> \u2013 first training 13.01.2024!
\nBonn Beuel<\/strong> \u2013 first training 06.01.2024!<\/p>\n


\nThe first training sessions in 2024 will take place as follows:

Sankt Augustin 03.01.:
\n<\/strong>17:15 – 18:00 h Kiddies\/Kids
\n18:30 – 20:00 h Teens\/Adults<\/p>\n

K\u00f6ln Ehrenfeld 04.01.:<\/strong>
\n17:15 – 18:00 h Kiddies\/Kids
\n18:30 – 20:00 h Teens\/Adults<\/p>\n

Sankt Augustin 05.01.:<\/strong>
\n18:30 – 20:00 h Adults<\/p>\n

Bonn Beuel 06.01.:<\/strong>
