We receive more and more requests for effective self-defence at the Krav Maga Institute, because here the defences are practised not only against one, but also several attackers under artificial stress through intuitive reactions.\nThe participants learn:\n– Recognise danger early and act accordingly\n– Techniques and tactics for effective self-defence\n– How to act uncompromisingly without rules in an emergency\n– Scenario training under artificial stress\nThe course is suitable for all women from the age of 18 (from the age of 16 accompanied by a parent or guardian or with a declaration of consent).
