Let’s be honest: the carefree celebrations at carnival, as they were a few years ago, are unfortunately no longer possible today. The costumed revellers are increasingly becoming victims of violence, be it a bar brawl or sexual assault against women. On 31 January 2026 from 10:00 – 13:00, this annual seminar will take place at our location in Cologne-Deutz. As always, you must come in costume so that you can see that self-assertion and self-defence work in any outfit. Clear instructions and clear boundaries are the order of the day.<\/p>\n

At the end there is our famous, annual medal for your collection!<\/p>\n
